In this assignment, I was tasked with creating a working prototype for one of my previous posters. I chose to create a design for the printmaking palooza. My design includes what and when the event is, what to bring, where it is located, and a checkout tab to pay online.
I used contrast in my project with the stark contrast of colors. I used red and black and I think that it contrasted very well against the bright white background. Next, I used repetition specifically in my “materials to bring” page. I created ink bottles in illustrator to continue with the printmaking theme. I added multiple for the repetition and as a way to separate the materials you could bring.
